The first is a research article on cf.
The second is an article on medical ethical issues involved in gene therapy for cf.

well..you can read about aav, learn about it, read the journals then formulate your own thoughts on it
to get started i would just look at wiki
but don’t use it as your main info…just to learn about it
then i would look at pubmed for articles on it

if you want to findout more on like how it’s MADE or what the gernaral concept is, that’s different and you need to look more into using virus vectors for gene therapy – just look into gene therapy in general and you’ll find out a lot on it, but using a virus vector is very common for gene therapy
